ANNOUNCEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Ms Faunce
Burd, has been suspended pending a hearing relating to actions leading to a
break down in relations with certain other directors. Richard Pike, Chief
Executive Officer, will be the acting CFO.
