CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that at the board meeting held on Friday, 23 October
2009 the Board accepted Mr Francey`s resignation received on 19 October 2009,
the Financial Director of the company. The Board wishes to thank Mr Francey for
his contribution.
Mr Trevor Scott, currently an independent non-executive director, has been
appointed Financial Director to the Board with effect from 23 October 2009.
