ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are hereby advised that following an independent investigation into
certain allegations of financial irregularity that were made against certain
senior staff members which were found to be vicarious and devoid of any evidence
of wrong doing, the board of Adcorp has initiated a further investigation into
fresh allegations of financial irregularity made by the same complainants. This
investigation is to be conducted by KPMG. Initial indications are that the
expectation to completion would be two weeks and that shareholders will be
advised of a more accurate time frame once such is known.
