CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Dr Khotso Mokhele has informed the Board
of Directors that he will resign as an Independent Non-Executive Director and
Chairman of the Board of Directors ("the Board") with effect from close of
business on 4 December 2009.
Dr Mokhele has been a Director of the company since February 1998 and was
appointed as Chairman in January 2007.
The Board thanks the Chairman for his leadership and invaluable contribution to
the Board and wishes him well for the future.
