Results of General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the York general meeting held on Tuesday 27
October 2009, 99.97% of shareholders present or represented at the general
meeting voted in favour of the special and ordinary resolutions contained in
the Notice of General Meeting pertaining to the increase in the ordinary
share capital of York and placing the authorised but unissued ordinary shares
under the control of the board of directors of York. Shareholders
representing 89.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of York and 100% of
the convertible, non-redeemable, cumulative preference shares were present in
person or by proxy at the general meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration in due course.
