DEALING IN SECURITIES BY NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed in respect of the dealings in Clicks Group
ordinary shares by a non-executive director:

Nature of transaction : Taking of delivery pursuant to previous exercise of
options in 2000
The options were pursuant to the company`s share incentive scheme.
Delivery was taken through a family trust of which DM Nurek is a trustee and a
discretionary beneficiary.
Subsequent to having taken delivery, a sale was concluded of 300 000 of such
shares at an average price of R24.10 per share:
