CHANGE OF SPONSOR AND APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of section 2.6 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements ("LR"),
shareholders of CIC are hereby advised that PSG Capital (Pty) Limited has been
formally appointed as JSE sponsor to the Company with immediate effect.
APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Notification is hereby given in accordance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the JSE LR
that Mr. Francois Swart ("Francois"), has been appointed as a non-executive
director to the board of CIC with immediate effect.
Francois is a qualified chartered accountant and a CFA Charterholder and is the
CEO of Altx listed company Paladin Capital Limited. Francois is also a non-
executive director on the boards of various other companies, including Topfix
Holdings Limited and Iquad Group Limited.
The board of CIC welcomes the appointment of Francois and looks forward to his
valued contribution.
