Notice is hereby given that the 25th annual general meeting of the
shareholders of the company will be held at the company`s registered office,
Farm 2, Old Potchefstroom Road, Vereeniging on Friday, 27 November 2009 at
14h00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting included in the annual report.

The company published its consolidated reviewed preliminary results for the
year ended 31 July 2009 on 7 September 2009 and distributed its Annual
Report to shareholders on 30 October 2009.
No abridged version of the audited financial statements is being published as
