REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND THE
GENERAL MEETING OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS
Unitholders are advised that at the fifth annual general meeting of
shareholders and at the general meeting of debenture holders of Hospitality,
both held today, 30 October 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
