RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of AH-Vest held on
Friday, 30 October 2009, at the registered office of the company, Arcay House,
Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, all the resolutions presented in
the notice of the annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders.
Shareholders are further advised of the retirement from the board of AH-Vest,
non-executive director Mrs Martie Jacoba Janse van Rensburg. The board would
like to thank Martie for her valuable contribution to the Company over the past
year.
