APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr. Gordon Nzalo has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the board with effect from 1 November
2009.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr. Gordon Nzalo will be appointed Chairman
of the company`s Risk Committee with effect from 6 November 2009, in place of Mr
MMP Patel who will step down as Chairman.
