RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited South Africa, shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that Mr. CM
Botha has resigned with effect from 31 October 2005 from the board of directors
of Milkworx to pursue other business opportunities.
Mr. Andre Daacke, currently financial manager of the company, has been appointed
as financial director of Milkworx Limited with effect from 31 October 2005. Mr.
Derek Thomas, managing director of Ceppwawu Investments (Pty) Ltd and non-
executive director of Traspaco Limited, has been appointed as a non-executive
director of the company with effect from 31 October 2005.
