RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that Mr. Andre Daacke
resigned as financial director of the Company to pursue other business
opportunities with effect from 31 December 2005.
Mr. Jan Nel did not make himself available for re-election by rotation and
effectively resigned as non-executive chairman, due to his other business
obligations with effect from 31 December 2005 from the board of directors of
Milkworx.
The board is happy to announce the appointments of Mr. P van Heerden as
financial director and Mr. A Cruickshank as non-executive chairman of the
Company with effect from 31 December 2005.
