CHANGE IN AUDITORS
In accordance with section 3.75 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the board has approved the appointment of PKF
(Pretoria) Inc. ("PKF") as auditors to the Company with immediate effect. PKF
replace Jan Erasmus Auditors, which auditing practice has elected not to
continue auditing listed companies.
