RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Milkworx announces that, due to personal reasons, Mr. Johann du Toit, a
non-executive director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Milkworx
with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors of Milkworx would like to thank Johann for his
contribution made to the Company.
