CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SHF SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for STEINHOFF
INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction
declaration relating to STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (SHF) the
Trustees of the SHF Share Instalment have declared a capital reduction amount of
60 cents per SHFNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 7 December 2009.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 27 November 2009. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 30
November 2009 and the record date will be Friday, 4 December 2009.
