Shareholders are advised that:
Ms Evelyn Chimombe-Munyoro was, with effect from 29 October 2009, appointed to
the company`s Board as a non-executive director; and
Mr Ethan Dube resigned as a non-executive director of the company with effect
from 29 October 2009.
The board takes this opportunity to thank Ethan for his contribution and
support during his tenure.
