UPDATE ON PROTECTOR GROUP HOLDINGS (PTY) LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) LITIGATION
Shareholders are referred to the Glenrand M?I?B annual report for 2009 wherein
it was noted that action was instituted by Protector Group Holdings (Pty)
Limited (in liquidation) ("PGH") and its liquidators against Glenrand MIB
Financial Services (Pty) Limited, Glenrand MIB, Freefall Trading 65 (Pty)
Limited and some of the past directors of PGH. A court date had been set for 4
November 2009.
It has been agreed to postpone the trial. A new date has not yet been allocated.
Shareholders will be kept updated of developments.
