CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, Mr Gordon Sipho Nzalo has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the Austro board and a member of the audit
committee, with effect from 29 October 2009.
Gordon is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. He has
extensive experience in risk management, corporate governance and internal audit
services, both in the private and public sector. Gordon was previously a partner
with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for assurance and
consultancy services. Gordon is a board member of Vunani Limited and PSV
Holdings Limited.
