RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the UCS general meeting held on Tuesday,
3 November 2009, 100% of shareholders present or represented voted in favour of
the ordinary resolutions contained in the Notice of General Meeting pertaining
to the disposal by UCS Solutions Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, being a wholly
owned subsidiary of the Company, of its entire 60% shareholding in TSS Managed
Services (Proprietary) Limited ("the Transaction").
The approval of the Transaction by the shareholders of UCS represented the final
remaining suspensive condition to the Transaction. Accordingly, the Transaction
has been concluded.
