APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders of Infrasors are advised that Mr David Nabarro has been
appointed to the board of the company as a non-executive director. The
appointment is effective 1 November 2009.

David Nabarro: Director
David is a long-time City practitioner, having been an individual member of
the London Stock Exchange (1977-1985), a partner in the stockbroking firm of
Laurie Milbank (1980-85) and subsequently an executive director of Prudential
Bache Capital Funding (Equities) Ltd (1986-1990). He also managed a
substantial UK equities portfolio on a discretionary basis for George Soros`
Quantum Fund (1983-1990). In 1990 he founded Nabarro Wells & Co Limited, a
regulated, independent corporate finance boutique, specialising in advising
small-to-mid-cap companies and active as a NOMAD on AIM. Nabarro Wells was
acquired by Ambrian in April 2008, when David became a director of Ambrian
Partners.
