ROCKWELL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
November 03, 2009, Vancouver, B.C. - Rockwell Diamonds Inc. ("Rockwell" or the
"Company") (TSX: RDI; JSE: RDI; OTCBB: RDIAF) announces the results of the
annual general meeting (the "AGM") of the Company`s shareholders held on
October,30 2009 in London, UK.
At the AGM, each of David Copeland, John Bristow, Mark Bristow Zandile Zungu and
William Fisher were re-elected as members of Rockwell`s board of directors.
Richard Linnell and Willem Jacobs were appointed to the board as non executive
directors. The Company`s shareholders appointed KPMG inc, Chartered Accountants
as auditor of the Company.
