Further to the cautionary announcements released by Country Bird Holdings
Limited on 14 May, 20 May, 30 June, 11 August and 22 September, shareholders of
the Company are advised that discussions have been terminated.
The Company`s shareholders are advised that as a result of the publication of
this announcement, the cautionary announcement is now withdrawn. Shareholders
are accordingly no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s shares.
