TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed
company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied
that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the
period to be reported upon next will differ, by at least 20%, from those of the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that whilst attributable earnings and attributable
headline earnings are expected to be within 5% of the previous year, due to a
higher number of shares in issue the headline earnings per share is expected to
be between 20% to 25% lower than the previous year. The earnings per share will
remain within the 20% range.
The company`s results for the year ended 31 August 2009 is expected to be
released on Friday 20 November 2009.
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s
external auditors.
