CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the
board of directors:
Resignation:
Mr John Ernest Newbury, a non-executive director has resigned from
the board of directors with effect from 5 November 2009.
Mr. Newbury was appointed to the board in 2008 subsequent to the
acquisition by MICROmega of Kolbenco (Proprietary) Limited
("Kolbenco"). Kolbenco, a manufacturer of automotive pistons,
discontinued its manufacturing activities at the end of December
2008. Mr. Newbury`s role in this business is therefore no longer
required and this bought about his resignation from the board. The
Board thanks Mr. Newbury for his dedication and contribution.
