NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 May 2009, was dispatched
today and contains no material changes to the audited results which were
announced on SENS on Tuesday, 28 July 2009.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Simeka, which
will be held at Simeka Building, 2nd Floor, Quantum Leap 17, corner Rivonia and
Naivasha Roads, Sunninghill, Gauteng at 10:00 on Thursday, 26 November 2009.
