COMMISSIONING OF MINERAL RESOURCE AND RESERVE STATEMENT
Subsequent to the publication of the F2009 annual financial statements, the
directors of Sallies determined to commission a Canadian compliant NI 43-101
Resource and Reserve Statement. The Sallies board, as reconstituted at meetings
of shareholders on 22 October 2009, determined to finalise such a Statement as
soon as possible. Shareholders will be informed as soon as the revised Canadian
compliant Resource and Reserve Statement has been completed.
