DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FOS SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FOSCHINI LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to FOSCHINI LIMITED (FOS)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
118 cents per FOSNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 11 January
2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 31 December 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 4 January 2010 and the
record date will be Friday, 8 January 2010.
