NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND THE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report, containing the audited financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 30 June 2009, has been dispatched to shareholders on Friday,
6 November 2009. There has been no change from the audited results for the year
ended 30 June 2009, released on SENS on Thursday, 27 August 2009 and in the
press on Friday, 28 August 2009. The annual financial statements were audited by
the Company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting for the
Company, which will be held at 10h00 on Tuesday, 8 December 2009 at the offices
of the Company at 322 15th Road, Randjespark, Midrand.
