WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 16 July 2009, 28 August 2009 and
1 October 2009 respectively shareholders are advised that negotiations with
Strategic Natural Resources plc (AIM : SNR) have been terminated due to the
parties not being able to reach consensus on fundamental terms and conditions
relating to the transaction.
Caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
the company`s securities.
