NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
In compliance with paragraph 3.22 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders of Metrofile are advised that the audited annual financial
statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2009 were posted
to shareholders on 9 November 2009. The company has not published an abridged
report at this date as the audited financial information published on the
Securities Exchange News Service on 2 September 2009 and in the press on 3
September 2009, is unchanged and an abridged report was sent to all shareholders
on this date.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Metrofile shareholders
will be held at 9h30 on Monday, 30 November 2009 at Southern Sun Grayston
Sandton, corner Grayston Drive and Rivonia Road, Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng,
to transact business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of
shareholders circulated together with the annual financial statements.
