CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements,
ISA hereby announces that Mr Ryan Price has, with immediate effect, resigned
as Financial Director and Company Secretary.
Mr Price has resigned in order to pursue his personal business interests.
The Board wishes to thank him for his service to ISA.
Mr. Clifford Katz has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate
effect.
