APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
The Company has commenced with a process of restructuring in order to
progressively enhance its management capacity and to ensure that it has the
correct expertise to meet the demands currently facing the Company.
In this regard, certain changes to the Board of Directors have been made in
accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, it
is hereby announced that:
Messrs. Clive Graham Knobbs, Goleele Mosinyi and Mlibo Gladly Mgudlwa have been
appointed as non-executive directors to the Board of Wesizwe Platinum Limited
with immediate effect.
The new additions to the Board provide additional independent non-executive
members with complementary expertise to the existing members.
