TRENCOR`S TEXTAINER TO HOST INVESTOR AND ANALYST EVENT ON 16 NOVEMBER 2009

"Hamilton, Bermuda, Nov 10, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Textainer Group Holdings
Limited (NYSE: TGH) ("Textainer"), the world`s largest lessor of intermodal
containers based on fleet size, announced today that it will host an investor
and analyst meeting on November 16, 2009 at 12:00 pm (EST) in New York.
The meeting will be broadcast over the Internet. The webcast and accompanying
slide presentation will be available on the investor link of the Textainer
website at www.textainer.com.
The link to the webcast will be live just prior to the start of the presentation
and will be available for on-demand replay within 24 hours. An archive of the
webcast will also be available through the website for a period of one year.
