POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Mvelaphanda
Resources Limited for the year ended 30 June 2009 have been dispatched to
shareholders and contain no significant modifications to the reviewed
preliminary results which were released on 17 September 2009.
The Annual Report is also available online at www.mvelares.co.za.
The annual financial statements have been audited by the Company`s auditors
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Their unqualified report is available for inspection
at the Company`s registered office.
A notice of annual general meeting has been distributed to shareholders. The
29th AGM will be held at 10:30 on Thursday, 3 December 2009 at 1A Albury Park,
Magalieszicht Avenue, Dunkeld West, Sandton.
