APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of Nu-World ("the board") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Richard Kinross CA(SA) to the board, with effect from 1ST
November 2009, as an independent non-executive director.
Mr. R. Kinross (68) was admitted as a chartered accountant in 1965 and served as
a financial director in the retail industry for a number of years, before
joining a medium size accounting practice as a senior partner. Mr. Kinross
retired in February 2009 to become a director of Financial Mentors (Pty) Ltd, a
company specialising in wealth creation and financial advisory services,
consulting with several private companies and individuals. Mr. Kinross`s areas
of expertise include amongst others:- business development, risk assessment,
management accounting and credit control.
