CHANGE OF MARKET MAKER
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that Independent Securities
(Proprietary) Limited ("Independent Securities") has been appointed as Market
Maker to the PropTrax SAPY portfolio, with effect from 16 November 2009,
replacing Nedcor Securities (Proprietary) Limited.
Independent Securities is a privately owned, medium-sized member of the JSE that
specialises in private client portfolio management. Independent Securities
administers and manages over R5bn in assets and has offices in Johannesburg
(Head Office), Pretoria and Stellenbosch. Independent Securities employs over 25
people and the directors and staff members are respected and experienced members
of the investment community. The three founding partners have been in
partnership for over twenty years. The firm is involved in discretionary and
advisory portfolio management and performs certain quantitative institutional
equity research and execution. Independent Securities is a registered Financial
Services Provider (FSP) and a Custody and Settlement Member (CSM).
