DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BARLOWORLD LTD (BAW)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 70
cents per BAWNIG share instalment that is payable on Monday, 18 January 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 8 January 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 January 2010 and
the record date will be Friday, 15 January 2010.
