APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In continuing with the Company`s progressive restructuring and to enhance the
expertise of an additional appointment has been made to Wesizwe`s Board of
Directors.
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
it is hereby announced that:
1. Dr M H Mathe has been appointed as non-executive director to the Board of
Wesizwe Platinum Limited with immediate effect.
2. Dr M H Mathe provides the Board with an additional independent non-
executive with complementary expertise to the existing members.
