NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2009 were posted to shareholders today and that the
annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed results
which were published on 9 September 2009. The annual financial statements
were audited by PKF (JHB) Incorporated and their report is available for
inspection at the registered office of the company.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of the company will
be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 8 December 2009 in the boardroom at Caxton
House, 368 Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, Johannesburg, for the purpose of
conducting the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting
included in and forming part of the 2009 Annual Report.
