Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Pan African will post its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2009 to
shareholders today. The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte
LLP, following the release of the unaudited results, as announced on 1
September 2009. The report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office - 6 St James`s Place, London SW1A 1NP and on the Company`s
website (www.panafricanresources.com).
Notice is hereby given that Pan African`s Annual General Meeting will be held
at the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, Fourth Floor, 17 Hanover Square,
London, W1S 1HU on Monday, 14 December 2009 at 12h00 (UK time) to transact
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting circulated
together with the annual report.
