SALIENT DATES AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
1. INTRODUCTION
Combined unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
27 October 2009 advising that Hyprop had concluded a consultancy agreement
(the "agreement") with Redefine Properties (Proprietary) Limited ("Redefine
Properties"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Redefine Income Fund Limited
("Redefine") in terms of which Redefine Properties will (subject to Hyprop
combined unitholder approval) provide consultancy services to Hyprop.
A circular relating to the consultancy agreement was issued on Monday, 16
November 2009.

The salient dates in respect of the general meeting are as follows:
