DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC - ENHANCED
DISTRIBUTION SECURITIES ("EDS") - ("SABIDF")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller plc
have declared an interim dividend of 126.03800 SA cents per ordinary share
based on an exchange rate of US$:ZAR = 7.41400 payable on Friday, 11 December
2009 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the
close of business on Friday, 4 December 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
SABIDF, will receive a SABMiller plc interim dividend of 126.03800 SA cents
per security payable on Friday, 11 December 2009 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate
in the dividend will be Friday, 27 November 2009.
SABIDF Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 30 December 2009, and
the record date will be Friday, 4 December 2009.
