Shareholders are advised that Mr. Werner Kruger will, with effect from 20
November 2009, be appointed as an executive director of the company and as
Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Kruger, BSc (Geology), B.Com.(Hons), has in excess of 15 years` experience
in quarry management, cement manufacturing, concrete infrastructural products
and clay brick manufacturing and was recently employed as the Managing Director
of Oconbrick Manufacturing (Pty) Limited.
