DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE JDG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for JD GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to JD GROUP LIMITED (JDG)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 41 cents
per JDGNIG share instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 December 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 December 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 December 2009 and
the record date is Friday, 11 December 2009.
