CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Further to the announcement dated 16 November 2009, shareholders are advised of
the following changes to the Board with effect from today:
* Mr. Carel Neethling has been appointed an executive director of the company
and remains acting CEO;
* Mr. Alwyn Steenkamp has resigned as an executive director of the company;
* Mr Brian de Kok has resigned as an executive director of the company but
will remain with the company as head of operations.
