NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing the audited financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 30 June 2009 has been dispatched to shareholders on Friday,
20 November 2009. There are no changes from the audited results for the year
ended 30 June 2009, released on SENS on Tuesday, 8 September 2009 and in the
press on Wednesday, 9 September 2009. The annual financial statements were
audited by the Company`s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and their
report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held at 12:00 on Monday, 14 December 2009 at The Westcliff, Sir
Herbert Baker Room 67, Jan Smuts Avenue, Westcliff, Johannesburg.
