Puno Gold Investments applies for leave to appeal
Central Rand Gold Ltd ("CRG" or "the Company"), the South African gold mining
and exploration holding company announces that Puno Gold Investments (Pty)
Limited ("Puno"), has brought an application applying for leave to appeal the
decision handed down by the South Gauteng High Court. Puno`s original interdict
application to stop operations at Central Rand Gold, was dismissed with costs.
CRG is reviewing the papers with a view to opposing the application.
