DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC PLC (INP) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 100
cents per INPNND share instalment that is payable on Friday, 18 December 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 December 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 December 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 11 December 2009.
