DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAB SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SABMILLER PLC and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SABMILLER PLC (SAB) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
126.038 cents per SABNIF share instalment that is payable on Friday, 11 December
2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 27 November 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 30 November 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 4 December 2009.
